Baikhadam Tungatarov was born in Baikonur and began his professional ballet training at 12. After graduating from the Kazakh National University of Arts, Baikhadam was invited as a second soloist to the Astana Ballet Theatre, where he performed various roles.
In 2023, Baikhadam joined the Kiel Opernhaus as a soloist dancer, continuing to expand his repertoire and artistic reach.
Baikhadam dreams of owning his stable, as equestrian sports are his passion. His favorite character is Prince Yelisei from Russian folklore. He admires Yelisei’s unwavering loyalty and determination to find his fiancée, qualities that resonate with his dedication to ballet.
