Born in Krasnodar, Anastasia Shemetova began studying ballet at the age of three and graduated from the Krasnodar Choreographic School.
Anastasia has performed extensively in the classical repertoire, including leading and solo roles in major productions such as Romeo and Juliet, La Bayadère, Raymonda, and The Sleeping Beauty, as well as numerous corps de ballet works. Throughout her career, she has worked with both resident and touring companies internationally.
Her dream is for what she keeps quietly in her heart to come true.
Her favorite fairy-tale character is The Little Prince — for his purity and sincerity.
Among Anastasia’s favorite ballets are Romeo and Juliet (Juliet) and The Legend of Love.
