Angelina Nigmatulina discovered ballet at the age of ten and received her professional training at the Rudolf Nureyev Bashkir Choreographic College, graduating in 2021. She began her career with the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre, performing in nearly all of the company’s productions and dancing roles such as Myrtha in Giselle and the Fairy in The Scarlet Flower.
She admires Giselle for its emotional depth and the opportunity to express innocence, tragedy, and forgiveness through movement.
Her aspiration is to continue growing as an artist and to work with the great choreographers of her generation. She believes that mastery comes from courage, patience, and love for one’s craft.
Since 2025, Angelina Nigmatulina has been performing with the World Ballet Company on tour across the United States.
