Born in Kazan, Emil Makarychev began dancing at the age of eight, starting with ballroom dance before entering the Kazan Choreographic School, where he completed his professional training.
After graduation, he performed with several ballet companies, dancing both solo and corps de ballet roles from the classical repertoire. His roles have included character and virtuoso parts in productions such as Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, and Cipollino.
His dream is to build a strong and loving family.
To his younger self, Emil would say: Never listen to those who do not understand your profession — and always keep studying your craft more deeply.
