Fyodor Piskaryov was born in Divnogorsk, Russia, and began his dance training as a child with classical and folk dance classes. At age ten, he was accepted into the Krasnoyarsk Choreographic College. During his second year of study, he joined his first international tour to Germany, performing in The Nutcracker.

After graduating in 2017, he joined the Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre, where he danced for five years and performed numerous leading roles. He later joined the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theatre, where he has been performing since 2022.
