Born in London, United Kingdom, Josephine began dancing at the age of five at her local ballet school. She went on to train at Ballet West in Scotland and as part of the English National Ballet School’s Trainee Program.

She has performed on many prestigious stages across the United Kingdom, including the London Coliseum, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, and SEC Glasgow, as well as internationally with the Croatian National Theatre of Split. 

Her favorite ballet is Raymonda, which she loves for its romantic and dramatic score and its rich blend of strength, elegance, and grandeur. She finds inspiration in Aurora from The Sleeping Beauty, whose purity, grace, and faith in love represent hope and resilience.

Her advice to her younger self: “Be patient — progress takes time. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Find joy in the process and always stay thankful.”

Josephine has been performing with the World Ballet Company since 2025.
