Seiga Sato
CORPS DE BALLET

About

Born in Japan, Seiga Sato began studying ballet at the age of eleven. He trained at the Hungarian National Ballet Institute and has since performed with Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida and the Varna State Opera.

His favorite ballet is Esmeralda, particularly the Acteon variation — a piece that holds special significance for him, as it helped him earn scholarships to study abroad and succeed in his first company audition. He dreams of performing principal roles and continues to pursue that goal with dedication and joy.

Playful and free-spirited by nature, he relates most to Peter Pan — the boy who never stops dreaming of flight. He jokes that his least favorite roles are the “white tights” kind.

His advice to his younger self: “Stretch more!”

Since 2025, Seiga has been performing with the World Ballet Company.
