Sasha Gorskaya, hailing from a small town in Belarus, always harbored a passion for the entertainment world. Armed with a master’s degree in Journalism from Belarusian State University, she quickly shifted her focus from writing to pursuing her true ambition: breaking into show business.

With a career spanning decades, Gorskaya has established herself as a seasoned producer, orchestrating an impressive array of projects from live music performances to large-scale ballet productions across Europe, the US, and beyond.

Her early professional journey included key roles in PR and production for the world-renowned Eurovision Song Contest, a pivotal experience that propelled her into co-founding the World Ballet Company, which produces and tours grand-scale ballet performances internationally.

Gulya Hartwick, originally from Riga, transitioned from a background in piano and psychology to a successful career in journalism and TV production before following her passion for the performing arts.

Since 2013, she has been channeling her creative energy into making the arts more accessible, co-founding the World Ballet Company with a mission.

Ilya Zhivoy seamlessly integrates the aesthetics and beauty of the Neoclassical Ballet School into his work, reimagining it with an innovative vision.

Striving to explore new dimensions, he experiments with form and content, employing modern theatrical techniques with the classical ballet foundations.

Anna Drubich is a Los Angeles-based composer whose diverse body of work includes major international projects, animated features, documentaries, and plays.

Anna was exposed to music from an early age and began piano lessons at 8.

Anna earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the Munich School for the Performing Arts under the tutelage of Professor Franz Massinger.

Her most recent works are the OSCAR-winning documentary “NAVALNY,” the Master and Margarita, “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark,” “Barbarian,” and the Off-Broadway show “OUR CLASS.”

Sonya Vartanyan is a Georgian costume designer with an extensive portfolio that includes seven full-scale productions for the Mariinsky Theatre, various collaborations with renowned choreographers and artists, as well as costume designing for international festivals in Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, the USA, Germany, and many other countries.

In her work, Sonya Vartanyan employs various stylistic approaches, working simultaneously with classical heritage and modern forms, color or, conversely, a monochromatic palette, graphics, and minimalism.

Her works capture the audience's attention, accentuating the music and choreographic style, and are an integral part of each performance.

Sergey Novikov is an acclaimed set and costume designer, St.Petersburg Repin Academy of Arts graduate, and the former principal designer of the Omsk State Musical Theater. 

As a production designer, he has worked on over seventy productions in the most prominent companies across the globe.

Sergey Novikov work is referred to as “a surprise and delight. They are so colorful and airy that they make one believe in magic!”

Anna Fokina's journey into ballet began with the guidance of her mother, transitioning from a professional figure skating background to the world of ballet. She started training at a ballet school, later balancing her studies at the Conservatory with her work as a ballerina in a theater. Anna cherishes learning from some of the most distinguished figures in ballet, including Nikita Dolgushin, Nikolai Boyarchikov, Gabriella Komleva, and others who significantly influenced her artistic growth.

Her career is marked by a diverse repertoire and experiences across three different theaters, where she embraced roles in romantic, classical, and contemporary ballets. Anna's work with choreographers like George Balanchine, José Limón, and Jiří Kylián, along with her involvement in original productions by Nikita Dolgushin, Nikolai Boyarchikov, and Valentin Yelizariev, enriched her artistic journey.

Anna believes that a performance's success lies in the depth of understanding a role, which involves thorough research, collaboration with teachers, and a genuine connection to the character. She values mutual respect and understanding within the theater environment, which is crucial for success. Anna advises aspiring dancers to trust their teachers, remain committed to learning, and always strive to be their best.

Irina Prokofieva is a Vaganova Ballet Academy graduate. After graduation, she was immediately invited to the Mariinsky Theatre in St Petersburg, where she worked for 18 years and have performed, among others, several solo roles choreographed by Marius Petipa, Lev Ivanov, August Bournonville, Mikhail Fokine, Vaslav Nijinsky, Leonid Lavrovrovsky, Vasily Vainonen, Yuri Grigorovich, Leonid Yakobson, William Forsythe, Alberto Alonso, George Balanchine and other choreographers.

In 2009 Irina enrolled in the Faculty of Education at the Vaganova Ballet Academy and obtained a master’s degree in education in 2012.

In 2010 Irina was granted the title Emeritus Professor of the Jilin Institute of Art.

Between 2013 and 2024, she gave several master classes in classical ballet as well as seminar-lectures worldwide in places such as Changsha, Nanjing, Seoul, Busan, Rapallo, Dezhou, Suzhou, Zürich, Bucharest, Varna, and most recently Budapest.

In 2019 Irina was invited to Budapest as a ballet master and joined the Hungarian State Opera, where she worked for 5 years closely with renowned choreographers and diverse styles of ballet.

Irina also published a book dedicated to the ballet classes held by one of the great ballet masters of his time, Sergei Vikharev.

Starting from 2024, Irina Prokofieva is the guest répétiteur of the World Ballet Company.
